I started playing poker at a very young age, due to watching old Chinese films, but I never played for money. Then a couple of years ago I started playing with friends as a pass time, we did play for money but only in small amounts, just to give myself a small advantage I bought some books on poker and found them very interesting. This site is dedicated to bringing you (the reader) the knowledge I have gain from the many books and websites and concentrate all that information into this website. I will try to update it as much as possible with new information and safe places where you can play without being ripped off.

Before you jump in head first to the nearest poker room or website, I would personally suggest that you read some of the pages from this site, and if you are new to poker then I would suggest that you play some free poker first. What I mean by free poker is that you don't need to wager any money on the games. There are many sites that offer this facility, but be sure that the site is trustworthy before you download anything from them.

And finally we strongly disagree that you can make a living off gambling, and if you think you have a gambling addiction then we advise you seek help. There are a couple of organisations out there to help:
